Onwards and upwards into the New Season
The suns shinning and we have a spring in our step at the Vanilla HQ in Swanwick as we look ahead to another busy season.
The new menu will be launched officially at the end of this month and as always we are incorporating an abundance of Hampshire produce from Lavertsoke Buffalo to Lyburn cheeses. Our range of home smoked produce has expanded and we are smoking fish, duck, mozzarella and even ice cream in house.
Lee Butler, our Executive Head Chef is busily expanding his team and we welcome on board a wealth of very experienced chefs to join the Brigade. They are full of new idea, enthusiastic and raring to go.
This year we have a whole range of exciting events to cater for, from corporate dinners at the Bombay Sapphire distillery, to military dinners at the Historic Dockyard, to the excitement of The Americas Cup Challenge and not forgetting the most intimate, bespoke wedding breakfasts . We will be catering for all and every occasion and hope you share our new expansion by following our adventures on face book or twitter
